CRM & Support Integrations
CRM and Support Integrations
Connect AIChatVault agents to CRM, booking, campaign and help-desk systems so captured customer context can move into controlled operational workflows.
Available integrations
- •Pipedrive for qualified leads, people, organizations, leads or deals, summary notes, follow-up activities, two-way deal status and a staff-only customer lookup.
- •Zoho CRM for captured leads, contacts, notes, follow-up tasks and optional deal workflows.
- •Zoho Desk for configurable support-ticket creation and supported two-way status updates.
- •Zoho Bookings for service, workspace and staff-based appointment workflows.
- •Zoho Campaigns for consent-aware contact subscriptions, field mapping and list routing.
- •Freshdesk for contacts, tickets, knowledge-base content, canned responses and supported two-way ticket updates.
Live actions, not just post-conversation sync
Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and Zoho Campaigns also let the AI agent take some of these actions live, mid-conversation — for example creating a CRM lead, opening a support ticket, or checking a contact's subscription status — rather than only as part of the sync described above. See each integration's own page for exactly which live actions are available and how they're gated.
Before you connect
- •Create or select the AIChatVault agent that will use the integration.
- •Sign in with an account that can approve the required provider permissions.
- •Decide which customer events should create or update records.
- •Confirm your privacy notice and consent flow cover the data you plan to send.
A safe rollout pattern
- •Connect the provider and run the built-in connection test.
- •Start with the narrowest trigger and minimum required fields.
- •Test with a non-production customer record or ticket.
- •Review logs and provider records before enabling broader automation.
