Yes. Configure the marketing consent label in your agent’s lead-capture settings. AIChatVault stores the captured consent text, version, timestamp and source in the consent audit trail.
Yes. Configure rules using source, source URL or chatbot name. All conditions within a rule must match, and default lists handle contacts that do not match a specific routing rule.
Yes. Routing rules can assign topics to their target lists. When a rule has no specific topics, the configured default topics apply.
Yes. A rule can target multiple lists, and multiple matching rules can apply to the same lead. Matching destinations are combined without duplicating a target.

Yes. When a recognized contact clearly asks to stop marketing emails, the AI can run the unsubscribe action and update the contact’s marketing preference.
Yes, when marketing consent capture is enabled and the eligible contact expresses affirmative intent. The action records the customer’s actual consent words. It does not infer consent from general interest or re-subscribe a suppressed contact.
